Returns:
At Light And Praise Candle Co, we derive immense pleasure from crafting our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction stands as a cornerstone of our values.
With that said, all sales are deemed FINAL. However, we understand that mishaps may occur. Should you need to request a return, kindly reach out to us at LightandPraiseCandleCo@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that any returns sent without prior approval will regrettably not be accepted.
It's important to note that items acquired through contest giveaways or purchases made using gift cards or sales coupons are exempt from our return policy.
Refunds:
Upon receiving your return, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the product. If all is in order, a refund will be promptly issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Order Cancellations:
For a full refund, it's imperative to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. In such cases, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Orders canceled beyond the 30-minute window may still qualify for a credit.
